That is the reason we schedule grooming sessions by appointment only-we do not have you drop-off your pet in the morning and make it stay all day in a cage. Your pet's spa appointment will last about 90 minutes. Your pet will enjoy having private, one-on-one time with our pet stylist Michelle.
We offer the finest in grooming in all of Central Ohio. Your pet's Spa Package is priced after consultation and customized to your pet's specific needs. The price can vary depending on the breed, size, coat condition, temperament and special needs of your pet and includes a signature Blueberry Facial, hydromassage, nail trim/buff and paw balm massage, ear cleaning and anal gland expression if needed.
We choose shampoos and conditioners based on your pet's skin and coat condition. All of our salon products are soap free and all natural. All pets are hand-dried and fluffed. We do not use cage dryers as they can overheat and cause harm to your pet. Additional services such as cream rinses, hot oil treatments, anesthesia-free teeth cleaning and flea & tick dips are available.
Ultimate Spa Baths are available by appointment Monday-Friday. We will give your pet a hydromassage, Blueberry Facial, nail trim/buff and paw balm massage, hand-dry, fluff and complete brush-out while you run errands or spend an hour in Granville with family or friends. LUXURY SPA BATH, BRUSH & STYLE PACKAGE
Begins with a hydromassage bath with one of our luxury shampoos and conditioners customized for your pet’s skin and coat. The coat is blown dry, brushed, styled and scissored according to your specifications. Nails are trimmed and buffed, ears cleaned and anal glands expressed if needed.
PUPPY’S FIRST SALON VISIT
Grooming can and should be an enjoyable part of every dog’s life. We recommend that you start grooming as early as possible so that your puppy will feel comfortable with the entire process. We want to make sure your puppy’s first visit to the Pawlour a special event. Your puppy will receive a hydromassage bath, brush, ear cleaning and nail clipping. The hair is not cut at this visit, this is only a starter visit to get your puppy acclimated to the grooming experience.
CUSTOMIZED SHAMPOO & AROMATHERAPY TREATMENTS
At the Bath & Biscuits Spa, we use all natural products to provide the very best treatment for your dog’s skin, coat and overall health. You may enhance your dog’s luxury shampoo by choosing natural extracts from our selection of ingredients to create a customized shampoo that meets your dog’s specific needs.
MELALEUCA OIL
Anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, Melaleuca Oil astringent qualities help relieves dandruff while soothing the skin. It also helps repel fleas and insects naturally. Also available in a Melaleuca Shampoo.
LAVENDER OIL
Relaxing, calming, refreshing, balancing, cooling and anxiety-soothing. Lavender’s properties can help normalize blood pressure and promote tranquility.
PEPPERMINT OIL
Soothes muscles and sore joints. Increases circulation and aids in pain relief. Good for digestion.
COCONUT VERBENEA
For long and short haired dog’s that tend to shed, this special treatment removes undercoat hair quickly, comfortably and easily. Your dog will look and feel better and with two-three treatments, you’ll find shedding is greatly reduced.
EXTRA SPECIAL SERVICES
DEMATTING
After a consultation, we will determine if your pet can be safely dematted without harming your dog’s skin and coat.
EXPRESS GROOM
Available for dog’s that have special needs(elderly, dogs with health conditions, and/or anxious dogs). Needs to be the first appointment of the day.
NATURAL FLEA TREATMENT
All natural treatment with non-insecticidal approach. Deep cleans the coat and skin with D’Limonene and orange peel extract.
ALA CARTE SERVICES
Each service listed below may be purchased as an add-on to a Pawlour Package or as an individual service.
Pawdicure (Nail Trim)
Overgrown nails and dry paws can cause discomfort. Sometimes a nail trim is all your dog needs to add the spring back into their step! Paw Balm & Massage included to help heal cracked and dry paws. (Included in Pawlour Package). Walk-ins welcome!
SCENT GLAND EXPRESSION
Your dog’s scent glands can become clogged and uncomfortable. An expression may be all they need. If the procedure cannot be done externally, we will recommend it be done internally by a Veterinarian. (Included in Spa Groom Package and Ultimate Spa Bath).
BRUSH OUT
Many dogs shed; and it can be very overwhelming for some owners. Sometimes all your dog needs is a good brushing, with the right tools. We never recommend the Furminator as it can cut and damage coats. Brushing out the dead undercoat not only reduces shedding dramatically, but also acts to work the natural skin oils through the coat, increasing coat health and shine. Breeds that benefit most from more brushing include but are not limited to Collies, Shetland Sheepdogs, Newfoundlands, St. Bernards, Bernese Mountain Dogs, German Shepherd Dogs, Australian Shepherds and Border Collies.
Bath & Biscuits uses Isle of Dogs and Warren London all natural shampoos, conditioners and styling products in the salon.
