A: Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks depending on their coat type, lifestyle, and skin needs. Cats often need professional grooming every 6–12 weeks, especially long-haired breeds.

Q: Do you groom cats?

A: Yes! We offer private, certified feline grooming in a calm, dog-free environment. From brush-outs to lion cuts, we tailor the experience to your cat’s comfort level.

Q: What is included in a full groom?

A: Every full groom includes a bath, blow dry, brush-out, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a finishing spritz. We also offer specialty services like de-shedding, TheraClean, and paw treatments.

Q: Do you use cage dryers?

A: We hand dry all pets individually with pet-safe, temperature-controlled dryers for maximum comfort and safety.

Q: What is TheraClean and how does it work?

A: TheraClean is a revolutionary bath system using billions of microbubbles to gently clean deep into the pores and follicles—without harsh soaps. It helps reduce itching, inflammation, odors, and skin issues.

Q: Are your treats safe for pets with allergies?

A: Many of our bakery items are grain-free, limited-ingredient, or free of common allergens. Just let us know your pet’s dietary needs—we’re happy to help you choose the right treats.

Q: Do you offer custom cakes or birthday items?

A: Absolutely! We bake custom birthday cakes, cookies, and party boxes with pre-order. Let us know your vision and we’ll create something tail-waggingly wonderful.

Q: Can I shop without a grooming appointment?

A: Yes! Our boutique is open to the public during grooming hours. Stop in anytime for treats, toys, and stylish essentials.

🕒 Appointments & Policies

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Use our online booking system or call directly. We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holidays.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute no-shows may incur a fee due to limited availability.

Q: Do you require deposits?

A: Deposits may be required for large grooms, TheraClean treatments, or multiple-pet appointments. We’ll let you know at the time of booking.

A: Monday-Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 9-2pm. We’re CLOSED Sunday and Major Holidays
